RD1 doors combine high explosion resistance with the classic design of RC4 class burglar-resistant doors. Their resistance to shock waves exceeding 1 bar (25 ms) makes them an excellent choice for facilities requiring the highest level of protection.
Tested at the Fraunhofer EMI Institute, RD1 doors meet the requirements of class EPR2 in accordance with EN 13123-1, ensuring full resistance to the effects of explosions.
RD1 doors are a compromise between advanced explosion protection and the classic, reliable design of burglar-proof doors.
Ideal for use in facilities with increased security requirements, such as server rooms, weapons storage facilities, laboratories, or critical infrastructure.
